Executive Credential Program
This program is designed specifically for county supervisors, senior executives, and emerging leaders. Courses are built from the foundations of public service leadership and county governance. Each course offers practical applications through interactive instructional approaches that encourage connections with peers and shared learning.
Technology Executive Credential Program

The Institute partners with the California County Information Services Directors Association to offer the Technology Executive Credential, designed for current and emerging technology leaders from across county departments. This program is designed to equip participants with the capabilities to excel in the evolving role of Technology in county government, provide strategic leadership, and stay ahead of rapid advancements.

Human Resources Executive Credential Program
This program was designed in partnership with California Counties Human Resources (CCHR). The HR Executive Credential Program is designed for current and emerging human resource directors from within HR departments and other county leadership, with a particular emphasis on succession planning and political acumen.
New Supervisors Institute

These extensive seminars are designed to provide newly elected County Supervisors with background foundations on policy issues, the basics of county government, and the roles of new Supervisors. It offers a unique opportunity for county supervisors to meet their colleagues and learn important information to help them better understand the requirements of their new office.
