Partnering requires understanding the interplay of relationships and outcomes. This session offers a foundational understanding of how relationships – and the many intricacies in and around those relationships – shape outcomes. Lecture insights, group activities, and self-reflection teach participants how to find and cultivate the strengths of each party and leverage those strengths to create long-term, mutually beneficial networks of trust.
