Establishing and implementing a shared vision requires sensitivity to shifts in employee perspectives. This session offers a foundational understanding of the role leaders play in creating high-performing employees, service-oriented environments, and long-term thinking and organizational change. Self-reflection activities, lecturer insights, and group simulations give participants new ways of guiding staff away from a survivalist approach to their work and towards a broader, longer-term, vision-based approach.
