The CSAC Institute is excited to once again partner with Butte, Colusa, and Glenn Counties to host the CSAC Institute’s second county campus – this time in Butte County. Butte County Human Resources Director, Sheri Waters, welcomed the group and emphasized the importance of professional development and cultivating a growth mindset.
The program was launched by Foundation COO, Paul Danczyk, PhD with the course Leadership Fundamentals and Public Service Values, delivered to a class of county leaders from Butte, Colusa, and Glenn Counties. The course included an alumni panel with Robin Nygard from Glenn County and Amy Asher, Meegan Jessee, Paula Daneluk, and Kiley Patterson from Butte County. Panelists shared insights from their experience in county government.
This course is the first of ten that will be offered over the next ten months to Butte Colusa and Glenn participants. Those who complete the program will earn their CSAC Executive Credential. We wish them success on their professional development journey!
