About the Human Resources Executive Institute Program

CSAC Institute partners with California Counties Human Resources (CCHR) to offer the Human Resources Executive Institute. The program is designed for current and emerging leaders from within HR and across county departments. The goals are twofold: to expand applications of public service leadership principles and to strengthen California county HR networks.

Through 50-hours of onsite and virtual instruction, participants dive deep into leadership concepts, facilitated by nationally recognized faculty and county experts.
