604 ELDP – Consensus and Commitment: Linking Culture with Outcomes

County agencies must constantly balance diverse individual and community interests to deliver high-quality goods and services. This session creates a foundational understanding of building consensus and commitment by giving county leaders’ strategies for valuing cultural diversity, positioning organizations to leverage competitive advantages in national and global contexts, and evaluate current and future possibilities and changes for delivering impactful outcomes and for deepening organizational commitment among individuals and teams.
