Organizational change can only result in long-term impacts if individuals and teams increase their awareness, change their language, and adjust their skills. This session offers an understanding of the role organizational culture plays in organizational change. Participants learn to successfully foster organizational change by exploring tools for orienting employees towards a dynamic approach to work and process changes, and for supporting employee health and well-being and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as part of organizational change.
